One for All and All for One!

After finishing the initial 6 class beginner series, Membership fees are based on number of months student chooses to commit. Students can sign up for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Membership is rounded to the first or 15th of a month. Students who will miss 2 weeks or more may request temporary pauses on membership through written note.  Memberships can be put on pause for up to a year with good cause. Because membership is unlimited use of facilities/classes, there will be no ‘make-up’ classes except for beginner series classes. 

Payment can be made in form of cash or check. (We do not accept credit card in order to keep our pricing down.) Bounced checks will incur $30 fee. 

Cyrano’s Place reserves the right to terminate membership due to recuring poor citizenship and sportsmanship. 

Membership includes use and participation of Cyrano’s Place facility, equipment, and classes that are age/skill appropriate. 

Club members are required to join USA Fencing membership for insurance purposes. USA Fencing memberships run from Aug. 1-July 31. Members must minimally have ‘Non-competitive’ membership $15, which can be upgraded to ‘Access’ or ‘Competitive’ should they choose to compete.  Refund policy: There are no refunds after initial classes have started except where stated.  

Everyone must be treated with respect, this includes but is not limited to other students, coaches and family members in and outside our facility and at any tournaments. 

Proper fencing equipment MUST be worn while fencing. If proper fencing equipment is not being worn, there will be no contact of equipment with another person. Equipment points are expected to face down (away from faces) when not in use.
 

Should a student intentionally threaten or hit another student without proper equipment, they will be done for the day. Safety is a Priority! Students are expected to be attentive to Coaches and other athletes for their and everyone else’s safety. 

Students are expected to treat all other fencers with equity and a willingness to train and help promote general growth of all. 

Each student is responsible for helping to maintaining a clean, safe environment for learning, please pick up your equipment, water bottles and other materials. Please be mindful of others using the facilities.
